Football Association of Malawi (Fam) has called on the football fraternity to fill Bingu National Stadium (BNS) to capacity Saturday when the Malawi National Football Team will be hosting Comoros in a return match of the African Nations Championship.
The Flames will go into the match as favourites having already secured a 0-2 victory over Comoros in the first leg.

Fam Competitions and Marketing chairperson Felistus Dossi has challenged the football fraternity to surpass the crowd that attended the previous match last Sunday, saying this is a crucial home match.
Dossi said they wanted to see a sea of red, white and green at the stadium in Lilongwe Saturday.
“The players and technical team are confident of victory. The players will definitely want to see us all in red. It is time to paint the stadium red all over. This is the time to give our team all the support it needs. These are the only Flames we have and our vocal support will give them the strength to score many goals,” she said.
Mighty Wanderers flamboyant cheerleader Yona Malunga said he was ready to give vocal support to the team throughout the match.
“Registering a convincing 0-2 win means the boys can score more goals come Saturday. It is pleasing that in their last three games, the Flames have shown signs of improvement and are winning matches. All we want now are more goals after winning the first leg.
“I have been supporting the Flames for quite a long time and it pains so much to see the team finishing on the losing side. But this time, I am going to BNS very confident that we will win this match and proceed to the next round,” Malunga said.
During the first round match, the Silver Strikers duo of Binwell Katinji and Zebron Kalima scored a goal each to give the Flames hope of qualifying for the next round where they will face the winner between Egypt and South Africa.
