Gospel musician Frank Chimpanzi famed for the track ‘Bwerani’ said on Thursday that there was need for more praise and worship sessions in the country as part of connecting with God.
Chimpanzi said this as he gears to join other artists on April 18 2025 to perform at the inaugural The Easter Experience at Sunbird Mount Soche Hotel in Blantyre organised by Revive and Worship Concert.
“It is always beautiful to sing for the Lord and partake in praise and worship sessions. I would like to thank organisers of The Easter Experience for coming up with this event,” he said.
Chimpanzi said he was so much ready to minister heaven on earth by the help of the Holy Spirit.
“I am looking forward to taking people to a place of revival through worship. I encourage many to come as we celebrate the power of the cross and the blood of Jesus,” he said.
Revive and Worship Concert is a new sound of revival that seeks to give people an experience of worship, praise and divine encounter. Apart from Chimpanzi, the other artists on the line-up include Paul Kachala, Theresa Phondo, Praise Umali, Kelvin Sings, Beracah, Annette Nandine and Chigo Grace.
