UTM President Dr. Dalitso Kabambe has reassured people that his party has the solutions to the country’s current economic challenges.
This was said during the UTM stopover rallies in Balaka district.
Kabambe believes that with his vast experience in economic and finance management, will enable him to turn around the country’s economy if elected into office on 16th September 2025.
Meanwhile Kabambe has promised to create jobs for young people who are struggling to find employment due to what he described as poor governance by the current administration.
He also highlighted his government’s plans to invest in value addition initiatives, such as establishing factories to process cotton grown in Balaka into clothing.

UTM Senior Official Patricia Kaliati echoed Dr. Kabambe’s sentiments, saying that he has come to rescue Malawians from the bondage of poverty.
