Cancer Survivors Quest, has organised a cancer awareness campaign scheduled to take place from 10th June up to the 13th at Chikuli in Chileka, Blantyre.
Cancer Survivors Quest is an organisation of people who were once diagnosed with cancer, but got cured from the disease.

According to the founder and Executive Director of Cancer Survivors Quest, Chikhulupiliro Ng’ombe, the campaign is aimed at sensitizing the masses especially in rural areas on how they can take care of cancer patients both physically and psychologically.
“As Cancer survivors we have the responsibility to spread awereness about cancer to those who are suffering from the disease now because our word comes with hope to them,” said Ng’ombe.
Ng’ombe also told MIJ Online that they chose Chikuli because many people in the area have limited knowledge about cancer due to it’s remoteness in terms of location.
