Education authorities have said all is set for the cultural, research and innovation festival at Malawi University of Science and Technology in Thyolo.
According to Atikonda Mtenje, Executive Dean of Bingu School of Culture and Heritage, the theme for the event which starts tomorrow is culture: ‘’A Niche for Innovation and Technological Development’’.
Speaking to MIJ online, Mtenje, said that this year’s festival is special as it has brought in something new including a symposium as well as more innovators.
Meanwhile, Zalerapi Chirwa Mhango, Technology Transfer Officer at Malawi University of Science and Technology told MIJ Online, that said that the festival is targeting areas such as agriculture, medicine, climatic change and natural resources.
